This service will enable you to make an on-line payment for the following travel passes:
Online payments can only be made if you have applied for transport and received confirmation that you/your child is eligible for a travel pass for the 2011/2012 academic year. If you have not received confirmation or do not have a valid student reference number, please telephone 0300 1235012 for assistance. A change of address or school/college must be reported to the Cheshire East Transport Service before payment is made. You can do this by emailing us at schooltransportenquiries@cheshireeast.gov.uk or by calling 0300 1235012.;
Lost or damaged travel passes must be replaced immediately, for which there is a charge of £14 for 2011/2012. Stolen travel passes can be replaced free of charge provided that the theft has been reported to the Police and a crime reference number has been obtained - please telephone 0300 1235012 if this applies.
For payments received in good time, passes will be dispatched prior to the start of term. For payments received after the term has commenced, passes will usually be dispatched within 5 working days. In the case of replacement travel passes, you/your child will be expected to pay a daily fare or, if necessary, make alternative arrangements until the pass is received. Temporary tickets and refunds are not available.
